Traveling is one of my favorite things to do. To me it is like reading a really good novel, except that what’s going on is actually real. And the main character (I, of course) is taking all the pictures.. ahem, living all the action and making decisions to get the best out of it whilst managing to stay out of any type of trouble (that includes upset stomachs, tourist traps, security guards threatening to confiscate your camera, running out of film/batteries, and the like).
Moreover, traveling allows me to become an incidental character in other people’s stories, which in turn contributes to enhance my own.
